The word 'mile’ is used loosely as it can vary from a few streets to a number of miles. Given that consumer buying behaviour has changed over the past decade or so, especially with regards to online shopping, most of us have come to expect fast, cheap (preferably free) and contactless delivery, especially during the pandemic….
