It's half 5 in the morning and I'm up hooping before work, after a night on the vino.Am I mental?🙃So today is day 4 of the 30/30 hoop challenge.I'm going to try and squeeze in another half an hour after work this evening, purely because I have no other plans.So I post enough hoop photos and videos, you're probably getting sick of me, but I do it for many reasons:1. It burns calories, obviously. An easy way to burn about 200 calories in half an hour2. It improves your balance. I'm a complete clutz so this is always good 😂3. Its super cheap, I got my weighted hoop for less than 10 pounds, and can literally store it anywhere which is ace. It doesn't take up hardly any room4. Its amazing for your core muscles! It takes great mobility to keep the hoop moving for long periods of time.5. What woman doesn't want a tiny waist eh? So it'll take inches off of your waist, while also toning your bum, thighs, glutes, and calves. I will have an hourglass figure one day 🤞6. And last but not least its actually really fun.
